Twinroots - Shipping Policy

At Twinroots, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation call or SMS/WhatsApp message before your parcel is dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Fixed shipping fee of Rs. 200 (or as shown at checkout) on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your parcel typically reaches you within:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 - 4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 - 6 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak sales, festive seasons, or unforeseen weather/traffic disruptions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Instructions

  • Please ensure your phone number and delivery address provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

  • Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the courier rider at the time of delivery.

  • Courier riders are not authorized to open or allow customers to open parcels before payment. If there is any issue with the item inside after opening, please contact our support team directly.

5. Order Tracking & Contact Us

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email so you can track your package in real-time.
